       Many of us dream of getting a good job. When various companies publish job circulars, we submit our CV for the job. Some of us are called for interview after submitting CV. From then on, we started thinking about interviews. In many cases, this is the first job interview. So the question arises in mind about the interview. For example,

•  What kind of clothes should I wear on the day of the interview?

• What kind of questions will be on the interview board?

• How do I answer these questions?  

Many such questions revolve around the head. This is my small effort to think about job candidates. Here are some common questions and answers that are asked on almost every interview board.       Tell me about yourself?

This is a popular interview question. This is a question that you will be asked regardless of the position you are applying for. To answer this question effectively, you need to follow: Evaluate your hard skills, movable skills, and personal characteristics. Your chance to get acquainted with your qualifications, good work habits, etc. Keep it related to most work and career. As simple as the question is, it can also be very complex. Be careful not to give out unnecessary personal details about yourself. All employers want to know who you are and how you fit into the role and company vision and work environment. Be careful to frame your feedback which makes you the most suitable for the role. You may be tempted to talk about all the good things, but you will need to keep it concise and relevant.

This is a popular interview question. You can answer in different ways. E.g.This company is on the list of the most acclaimed companies every year. I want to play a role in making sure this company stays on that list. I want to be part of this company. I’m glad to see it on your company’s website that your featured employees are talking about how great it is to work for your organization. Nowadays it seems trivial where so many people work in one place or another. Your employees are proud and surprised to talk about how much they love their work. So I want to work your company.

         Which adjective would you use to describe yourself?

You should answer with positive, action-oriented adjectives, such as conscientious, hardworking, honest and humble, and with a brief description or example of why each makes you better.

Tell why you think it's a great company. Research the company activity before your interview and avoid speculative, because it's a great company.

Mention your positive features related to work. E.g. I am a very persuasive person. I don't stop until I'm done. I value other people’s time and agency resources. I work to become an asset, not liability.

Everyone has a weakness, but don’t spend too much time on it and keep it work related. E.g. People say I sometimes act too much as a perfectionist. To deal with this, I attended seminars and saw how they taught me how to better manage.

Explain your career development goals that are consistent with the job you are interviewing for. Your interviewer is more interested in how he or she will benefit from achieving your goals. It goes much further than what you would achieve. It is not a good idea to tell your potential new boss that you will leave his post after his job, it would not be right to mention that you want to get any senior or management position.

The interviewer is probably looking for a special example of your problem solving skills and the pride you have shown in solving it. Show it, you understand the nature of this position with pressure that you are applying for it quite well. Being under stress does not discourage you but encourages you more.
